Description: EN/ITA:nnThe short film shows Verina Olla, an old beekeeper busy in the process of making acuamebi, also known as abbamele or abbattu depending on the variants of spoken Sardinian. The acuamebi is a byproduct of honey, more specifically it used to be created from the water used to wash the wax of operculum after the extraction of honey.
