A train buff has spent more than 30 years building a stunning working miniature railway track - in his own back garden.<br/><br/>Derek Burwell, 84, created the 272 yard line around the edge of his 40ft (12m) wide garden at his home in Pelsall, Walsall, West Mids.<br/><br/>The train-mad OAP travels around the track in eight mini engines he built from hand himself and has spent thousands of pounds on his hobby since 1993. <br/><br/>Derek constructs everything from a workshop at the end of his garden where he can spend hours on end each day building and restoring old engines. <br/><br/>His garden also features a host of railway memorabilia - including a 100-year-old signal he reclaimed from a level crossing which now sits in the middle of his lawn.<br/><br/>The track is made from timber and aluminium while he has a mixture of electric and battery-powered engines as well as petrol-driven hydraulic ones.<br/><br/>Grandfather-of-two Derek said he decided to build his own garden track as it had always been a life-long dream of his since falling in love with trains as a child.<br/> <br/>He said: \

He had 135 receptions and 12 touchdowns in 2024. <br/><br/>In his career with the Cowboys Lamb has added up 395 receptions for 5,145 yards and 32 touchdowns. <br/><br/>Lamb did not come to day one of minicamp, it’s looking like he will miss the entirety of camp. Lamb will be fined each day for not showing up. For missing Monday he will be fined$16,953. He will be fined $33,908 for Wednesday and $50,855 if minicamp extends to a third day. In total if he misses all three days he will be fined $101,716. <br/><br/>$101,716 might sound like a lot to most Americans but when you’re fighting for $35 million a year, it’s not much in the eyes of Lamb. <br/><br/>The day prior to Minicamp starting Minnesota Vikings WR Justin Jefferson got signed to a four-year $140 million contract with $110 guaranteed. This contract gives Jefferson $35 million a year, and with Lamb easily the same caliber of player one could argue Lamb deserves the same or more. <br/><br/>His presence was definitely missed at minicamp and a lot of his teammates spoke highly of him post workout. RG Zack Martin was in a similar situation last season, he missed the first portion of training camp due to contract issues. He told us after minicamp on Monday that it’s part of the business, he said what is going on is between Lamb and the front office. He said he is not worried about his teammate and knows that Lamb has been working out and getting ready for the season, just not at the facility. <br/><br/>“I can’t think of anyone more deserving. I think he is the best receiver in the league.” Teammate Micah Parsons stated after minicamp day one. <br/><br/>Minicamp will continue on Wednesday and conclude on Thursday afternoon.")
