Arsenal's club staff were seen rehearsing their Premier League trophy presentation should the eventuality arise that the north London outfit win their first league since 2004 on Sunday afternoon. <br/><br/>The Gunners sit two points behind Manchester City, second in the standings, and take on Everton at the Emirates Stadium tomorrow afternoon. <br/><br/>Pep Guardiola's side, meanwhile, are on the cusp of claiming their fourth consecutive league title and will be crowned champions should they claim victory tomorrow against West Ham. <br/><br/><br/>Yet, should City drop points at the Etihad Stadium tomorrow and Arsenal claim victory, their superior goal difference would mean that Mikel Arteta's side will clinch their first Premier League title since 2004. And it seems every eventuality is being catered for at the Emirates ahead of what could be a thrilling final day. <br/><br/>A video has now emerged online showing Arsenal's staff practicing the trophy presentation. <br/><br/>The club had laid banners reading 'Premier League champions' all over the pitch, while a stage emblazoned with the Premier League logo, had been erected in the centre circle. <br/><br/>The Premier League trophy can also be seen standing on a plinth on the stage. An identical trophy will be in Manchester this weekend if City go on to win the league instead. <br/><br/>Staff can be seen queueing and walking onto the stage, just as the players would do to collect their medals. <br/><br/>Members of the club shook hands with each other, with one person appearing to present those walking onto the stage with pretend medals.<br/><br/>An expert engraver will be on hand at each stadium to etch the required team's name onto the trophy, while a set of 40 medals will be ready to be presented at each ground.<br/><br/>Should Arsenal go on to win the league, an open-top bus parade will take place through the streets of Islington on Monday, May 20.<br/><br/>Ahead of the final day of the season, Arteta had pleaded with David Moyes to help his Arsenal side clinch their first league title in 20 years. <br/><br/>The Spanish football manager played under the Scot during his time at Everton and was hopeful West Ham could take points away from City on Sunday. <br/><br/>'He [Moyes] has been instrumental in my career,' Arteta said. <br/><br/>'Not just as a footballer, but as a person as well. If he could help us to fulfill our dream and my dream to win the Premier League, that will be unbelievable and he'll always be in my memory, that's for sure.'<br/><br/>The Gunners will rue dropping points to Aston Villa during their 2-0 defeat on April 14, which seemingly saw them slip behind City in the title race. <br/><br/>Yet, Arteta still has faith that his side can win the title heading into the final weekend. <br/><br/>'I do believe,' the 42-year-old told BBC Sport earlier this week. <br/><br/>'We wanted to be in this position. _survey-reveals-how-female-small-business-owners-measure-success.webp "One in four female small business owners has taken a pay cut in the past year, according to new research.<br/><br/>The survey of 1,000 female small business owners examined how their experience has shifted in the past year and found that the down economy has forced a quarter of these business owners to cut their own pay to keep their businesses afloat.<br/><br/>For those small businesses that have been open for at least a year, many have also raised the price of their product or service (37%), and more than a quarter are actively seeking less expensive resources (27%).<br/><br/>Conducted by Talker Research for Office Depot, the survey found that 53% of female business owners said the past year has been the hardest for their business.<br/><br/>In 2023, respondents expressed challenges with funding (42%) and growing their business (30%), which continue to be the top struggles this year (39% and 30% respectively).<br/><br/>Experiencing fatigue was more of a pain point last year (23%), while marketing is proving to be a greater challenge this year (25%).<br/><br/>However, hard work has paid off for many female small business owners this year, allowing them to reach their 2023 goals: growing profit (goal of 59%, achieved by 26%), gaining more customers (goal of 53%, achieved by 41%) and expanding their business (goal of 28%, achieved by 12%).<br/><br/>And to keep the momentum going, respondents predict theyâll continue to uplevel and succeed through continued revenue growth (63%), gaining more customers (54%) and business expansion (27%). <br/><br/>But success is also about a lot more than dollars and cents. Twenty-one percent of respondents said success is all about making a positive impact in their community and a fifth (21%) included innovation as a success marker.<br/><br/>And while the next year looks to be more positive for female small business owners, there will still be challenges to overcome, with inflation (39%) and funding (25%) serving as the top concerns.<br/><br/>To overcome these challenges, female SBOs are throwing themselves into their work more often â but how much is too much?<br/><br/>Work-life balance improvements have slowed by 15% since last year, as only this year, 58% said their work-life balance has improved since becoming a business owner, compared to 73% who said the same last year.<br/><br/>Women surveyed feel they need to choose between their family and their profession multiple times every month, while one in eight feel this way every week.<br/><br/>And overall, 42% said being a business owner has made it more difficult to balance their outside work responsibilities.<br/><br/>To better balance their work and family life, those surveyed are committed to âcutting back on working hours,â âtaking time for quiet reflectionâ and âbeing willing to take a day off as necessary.â<br/><br/>For respondents who set up their business in the last year, top reasons include wanting to be oneâs own boss (59%), deciding to pursue a passion or hobby (46%) and drive to put an idea into action (41%).")
