Description: Neat spontaneous rail vid:I caught this CSX freight train on video near Dale Mabry Hwy. and Busch Blvd in Tampa as I paused while driving though a parking lot parallel to the tracks. Busch Blvd was so gridlocked that I wouldn't have gotten this video at all if not for me happening to be in a parking lot parallel to the tracks. This allowed me to get closer to the train. Only had a cellphone with me, limiting options for video and audio. By getting close to the train, I got a better video while
